2024/2025 GES COURSE REGISTRATION FOR ALL FRESHERS

This serves to inform all Freshers (100 level and Direct Entry) about their Ges Course Registration on the University’s portal. 100 level (2024/2025 academic session) will graduate with CCMAS and register for the following 4 GES courses: 1. C-GST111 – Communication in English 2. C-GST112 – Nigerian Peoples and Culture 3. C-UI-GES107 – Reproductive Health, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) & HIV 4. C-UI-GES108 – Introduction to French On the other hand, the Direct Entry students (200 level, 2024/2025) will graduate with BMAS and are also to register for 4 GES Courses as follows - 1. GES101 – Use of English I; 2. GES107 - Reproductive Health, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) & HIV; 3. GES108 – Introduction to French and any of the following as applicable to their faculty: 4. And any one of the following as applicable to their Faculties : Science Based - GES102 or GES103 : Humanity Based – GES104 or GES105; They should join the current 100 level C-GST111, C-UI-GES107, C-UI-GES108 classes for their GES101, GES107 and GES108 respectively and join the current 200 level for their GES102, GES103, GES104 and GES105 classes in their respective Faculties.
